Key takeaways
- Auto-refill prepares your next order — a pharmacist still approves each repeat.
- You can skip, pause or cancel at any time from your adherence page.
- Automatic repeats are capped, so treatment is reviewed before it continues long-term.
What auto-refill actually does
Auto-refill removes the remembering. We prepare your next order on a schedule so it arrives before you run out, and you get a reminder each time it is prepared.
What it does not do is skip the clinical step. Every repeat is reviewed by a licensed pharmacist before it is dispensed, exactly like a first order.
Why repeats are capped
Long-term medicines need the dose, the duration and sometimes the treatment itself to be re-checked over time. Automatic repeats are therefore limited, and when the limit is reached the order is paused and routed to a pharmacist review instead of being renewed automatically.
That is a safety feature, not a billing restriction.
Your controls
You stay in charge. Skip a cycle, pause while you are travelling or away, or cancel altogether — from your medicines and reminders page, without calling anyone.
The same page shows your adherence score and your reminder schedule, so you can see whether the routine is actually working.
